Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an application before the respondents on 7th March , 2025 seeking electricity connection in his premises. The application has not been considered and electricity connection not granted to the petitioner.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf the parties, this Court directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 7th March, 2025 and further consider grant of electricity connection to him subject to the petitioner complying with all requisite formalities, in accordance with law, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition being WPA/359/2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified photostate copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance with the usual formalities.
