Mishra ... for the respondents October 1, 2024 [SR] Item No.21 The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the respondent authorities to install an electricity connection at the premises of the petitioner particulars whereof are morefully stated in the writ petition.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent Administration that the subject land is forest land and there is no question of granting the petitioner any electricity connection in view of the proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In this connection, written instruction dated 22 July 2024 filed by the Tehsildar, Mayabunder be kept with the records.

In view of the above, this writ petition is not maintainable and the relief prayed for cannot be granted.

WPA/402/2024 is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
