3. Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the copy of the contempt application has not been received as yet by the contemnor.

4. Let the contempt application be served upon the alleged contemnor and affidavit of service be filed in Court.

5. On his request, 15 days accommodation is being granted to grant opportunity to the alleged contemnor comply with the Court's order.

6. Let this matter be listed on the date of sitting after 15 days from today.
