It is the grievance of the petitioner that the appellate authority is sitting tight over the appeal. Owing to non-disposal of the appeal, the valuable right of the petitioner has been prejudiced. Hence the petitioner seeks direction upon the appellate authority to dispose of the aforesaid appeal expeditiously.

Having heard learned Counsels appearing for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record I feel that the Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing the following directions:- The appellate authority, the respondent no.1, is directed to dispose of the appeal being FRA No.6/2022

expeditiously and preferably within four weeks from the date of communication of the order.

Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.

Parties may act on server copy of this order. Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for by the parties, may be given complying all the requisite formalities.
