In spite of the receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioner, the authority had not considered the same and till date the representation is pending before the authority.

Learned Counsel for the Administration submits that if direction is given to the respondents for consideration of the representation, the authority will consider the same in accordance with law.

The Writ petition being WPA No.572 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Deputy Commissioner, North & Middle Andaman, Mayabunder to consider the representation dated 10th March, 2023 being annexure P-4

of the instant Writ application after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

As the Writ petition is disposed of without calling any affidavit-in-opposition, the allegations made therein are deemed to be denied.

WPA No. 572 of 2023 is disposed of.
