Mr. Tulsi Lall, learned Counsel for the respondents submits that, the petitioner has filed an application for grant of electric connection on 20.03.2023 and immediately within two weeks i.e on 27.03.2023 the petitioner has filed the instant application and under such, the instant application is premature.

Considering the submission made by the respondents, I find that the application is premature and the same is dismissed. However,

this dismissal will not debar the petitioner to apply for grant of electric connection before the authority afresh and if any application is made before the authority, the authority will consider the same in terms of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Special Bench.
