The representation is dated May 3, 2024. The petitioner says that his representation has not yet been considered. Having heard learned advocates for the parties, I direct the respondent No.

2 to dispose of the writ petitioner's representation dated May 3, 2024, in accordance with law and the applicable Rules and Regulations by passing a reasoned order, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent No. 2, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other concerned parties as the respondent No. 2 may deem fit and proper. The decision so taken will be communicated to the petitioner with a week thereafter. I have not gone into the merits of the case. The respondent No. 2 shall take an independent decision, in accordance with law. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegations in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted by the respondents. WPA/424/2024 is disposed of accordingly.
