Supplementary affidavit of compliance filed by the contemnor be retained with the records.

Upon hearing the submission made on behalf of both the parties, it appears that the prayer of the petitioner stood rejected by the Assistant Director (RD/PRI) by passing a speaking order signed on 28th January, 2026. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. 3.

The Court is afraid that the legality and validity of the speaking order passed allegedly in compliance of the direction passed by the Court, cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the speaking order before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
