It is found from the record that, the petitioner has filed an application for grant of electric connection on 27.03.2023 and on 29.03.2023 the petitioner filed the instant Writ application.

Having gone through the record, it is found that the application filed by the petitioner is premature. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, this dismissal will not debar the petitioner to file an application before the authority afresh and the same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law.
