The petitioner has filed an application for grant of electric connection on 23.03.2023 but the authority has rejected the same on 24.03.2023.

The ground on which the application was rejected is lack of reason and as such the same is set aside.

The respondent No.3 is directed to provide electric connection in the residential premises of the petitioner standing on survey No. 100/P measuring an area of 200 sq. meters near Durga

Temple, Dollygunj village Ward No. 19 under Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order on compliance of all formalities.

WPA No. 595 of 2023 is disposed of.
