Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the final order in the writ petition having been passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge on 12th November, 2024, the present appeal in respect of an interim order passed therein has become infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents (workmen) on the other hand submits that the statutory obligation has arisen under section 17 B of the Industrial Disputes Act, for enforcement of which he will take recourse before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.

Reserving the respondent's liberty, the appeal stands disposed of.
