Petitioner has filed an application for grant of electric connection on 28.03.2023 and immediately within a week i.e on 03.04.2023 the petitioner has filed the instant Writ application.

This Court finds that, the Writ application filed by the petitioner is premature. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the Writ application will not debar the petitioner to apply afresh for grant of electric connection before the concerned authority and the same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law.
