It is submitted by learned advocate for the petitioner that the alleged contemnor arbitrarily rejected her prayer which is not in accordance with law just to avoid the contempt proceedings. Upon considering the order passed and the affidavit of compliance, this Court is of the view that nothing remains to be adjudicated in this application for contempt in view of the order passed by the contemnors. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the
alleged contemnor is granted liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with law by filing a fresh writ application.
This application stand disposed.
