While correcting the draft order it has come to the notice of this Court that there are several misstatements in the petition which cannot be cured even by allowing the petitioner to file supplementary affidavit. The mater was, therefore, brought in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'. After considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh on the self same cause of action, if otherwise permissible in law.
