Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for grant of electric connection on 28.03.2023 and on the same date i.e on 04.04.2023 the respondents have rejected the application. The ground on which the application was rejected lacks of reason. Accordingly, the order of rejection is set aside. The respondent No.2 is directed to provide electric connection in the premises of the petitioner standing in survey No. 582/P measuring an area of 200 sq. meter situated at Diary Farm village under Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman District within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in compliance of all formalities.

WPA No. 615 of 2023 is disposed of.
