Under such circumstances, the respondent no.6 is directed to be remove the debit freeze in respect of the account of the petitioner, treating the pending investigation and/or the cyber fraud issue to be closed. The petitioner is at liberty to use and operate the account, within forty eight hours from communication of the order.
