Learned counsel appearing for the respondent on the last occasion has submitted that the respondent has already filed an application before the Family Judge, Port Blair for recalling/setting aside the order impugned and the same is pending for adjudication.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said application is still pending.

After hearing both the parties, I request the Judge, Family Court, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, to consider the application filed by Shri K.M.Ramesh as early as possible preferably within a period of 15 days from today.

The Judge, Family Court is also requested to consider whether the respondent is regularly paying the maintenance allowance to the petitioner and her minor daughter. CRR/7/2023 is disposed of .
