The alleged contemnor is represented by the learned Counsel. It is submitted that an affidavit of compliance has been filed.

It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that on 20th September, 2024, an order has been passed by the Tehsildar in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 24th November, 2023. It is submitted that the demarcation process has taken time and there is no deliberate laches on the part of the authority concerned in complying with the direction.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the demarcation has been carried out by the Tehsildar in the meantime.

In view of the aforesaid, the delayed compliance is accepted.

The contempt application is disposed of by recording compliance of the order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
