Petitioner has filed an application for grant of electric connection on 01.04.2023 before the authority and immediately on 06.04.2023 the petitioner has filed the instant Writ application.

This Court finds that, the Writ application filed by the petitioner is premature. Accordingly, the Writ application is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the Writ application will not debar the petitioner to apply afresh for grant of electric connection before the concerned authority.
