In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the revisional application can be disposed of by directing the interim order of stay of execution case No.4 of 2023 granted by this Court on 2nd September, 2024 shall continue until disposal of the O.S.No.38 of 2023 now pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Mayabunder.

Let a copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mayabunder as also the respondent/OP. Learned advocate for the respondent/OP in the court below may also be communicated this order by the learned advocate for the revisional petitioner. 4.

The impugned order dated 27th June, 2024 stands set aside.

With the above directions, CO/30/2024 stands disposed of.
