Mr. G. Binnu Kumar ....for the petitioner Mr. G. Binnu Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his client is applying in the Court below for enforcement of the order of injunction and for a direction upon the police in that regard.

If such application is made, the concerned Civil Judge (Senior Division) shall take up the application expeditiously and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Counsel for the petitioner also on instructions submits that his client wishes to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. With liberty reserved to the petitioner as prayed for, the writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
