Mini .... for the petitioner Ms.Babita Das ... for the respondents September 02, 2025 [SR] Item No.7 The petitioner is claiming to be the recorded tenant in respect of an area of 1569 sq.mtrs comprised in survey plot no.2395/3(A) at Shadipur Village under Sri Vijaya Puram (erstwhile Port Blair) Tehsil, South Andaman District. The petitioner is complaining that his application for issuance of sketch map in respect of the said plot is pending disposal before the respondent no.2. The said application of the petitioner forms part of the writ petition being Annexure P-5 at page 26.

The respondent no.2 is directed to consider the said application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA/421/2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
