Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for grant of electric connection before the authority on 16.02.2023 and on 06.3.2023, the respondent authorities have rejected the application. The ground of rejection lacks of reason. Accordingly, the rejection order passed by the authority is set aside.

The respondent No. 3 is directed to provide electric connection to the petitioner in his

residential premises standing on survey No.

10/P measuring an area of 200 sq. meter situated at Carbyn's Cove, Chakkargaon village under Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman District within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in compliance of all formalities. WPA No. 627 of 2023 is disposed of.
