Petitioner has filed an application for grant of electric connection on 28.03.2023 and on 10.04.2023 the petitioner has filed the instant Writ application. From the record, it is found that, the Writ application filed by the petitioner is premature.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the Writ application will not debar the petitioner to apply afresh for grant of electric connection before the concerned authority and if the petitioner file the application, the authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
