The petitioner has sought no dues and non-encumbrance certificate in respect of the property measuring about 0.0300 hectares under survey plot no.63 which is a house site located at Carbyns' Cove Village.

In the affidavit-in-opposition, the respondents have annexed a detailed answer given to the petitioner at pages 16 and 17 in respect of the said property which she has occupied in excess.

The petitioner may take steps against the said observations which have been uploaded on the website of the Tehsildar, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is allowed and disposed of without any order as to costs.
