Accordingly, the Writ application is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the Writ application will not debar the petitioner to apply afresh for grant of electric connection before the concerned authority.

If any application is filed by the petitioner for grant of electric connection afresh, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider and grant electric connection to the premises of the petitioner after completion of all formalities.
