Pursuant to the order dated 17th July, 2023, the Tehsildar has filed a report in the form of affidavit indicating the steps taken by the Tehsildar. It would appear from the aforesaid report that by a notice dated 19th July, 2023 the Tehsildar has called upon the private respondents to vacate the unauthorized occupation over Government land on or before 26th July, 2023 on in the alternative to appear before him on 27th July, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

It appears that the petitioner's grievance has been taken care of and the Tehsildar has already acted on the basis of the representations made by the petitioner. Having regard to the aforesaid, in my view, nothing survives in the present writ application the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The aforesaid order, however, shall not stand in the way of the private respondents placing their case before the Tehsildar, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and it shall be open to the Tehsildar to hear out and dispose of the petitioner's representation and the aforesaid proceedings on the basis of the notice issued by him on 19th July, 2023, in accordance with law and in doing so, he shall ensure that the matter reaches its logical conclusion.
