Sabir ...for the Petitioner Ms. Babita Das ...for the Respondents September 05, 2024 (M.A.Mobin) Item No.4 The grievance of the Writ Petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that although the Writ Petitioner was issued license with regard to the land and for the purpose of constructing house and the Petitioner is in possession of the said land but no premium charge is received from the said Petitioner.

The Petitioner by representation dated 30.6.2022 addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District, Port Blair requested to accept the premium charge of the land, issuance of record entry and sketch map registration.

In the facts and circumstances no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this Writ application pending. Thus this Writ application is disposed of by directing the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District, Port Blair

to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner marked Annexure P-3 to the Writ Petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Such decision shall be by a reasoned order and the same should be communicated to the Writ Petitioner. As Affidavit-in-Opposition has not been called for, the allegations made in the Writ Petition are deemed to be not admitted.
