Mini .... for the petitioner Mr. Babita Das ... for the respondents September 02, 2025 [SR] Item No.9 The petitioner, being one of the beneficiaries of the alleged last Will and testament of one Late P.Chinnaiah, is holding 0.0156 hectares of land comprised in Survey No.48 at Dairy Farm Village within Sri Vijaya Puram Tehsil, District of South Andaman and the RCC structure thereon.

The petitioner has applied for mutation of his name in respect of the said property before the Tehsildar, Sri Vijaya Puram Tehsil, respondent no.2 herein.

The petitioner is complaining the delay in disposal of the said application.

Ms. Babita Das, learned advocate for the respondents submits that tomorrow is the date fixed for hearing on the said application.

In view of such development, WPA/432/2025 is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to dispose of the application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
