The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ application is that his application for new water connection made on 07.9.2023 is not considered by the Respondent no.3. Upon hearing the learned Advocates and considering the facts of the case this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this Writ application pending. Thus this Writ application is disposed of by directing the Respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner for water connection marked Annexure P-1 to the Writ application in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The Respondent no.3 in the event the petitioner has complied all the required

formalities shall issue the necessary water connection forthwith. However, if certain documents are required for the purpose the same shall be intimated by the Respondent no.3 to the petitioner or to his learned Advocate. This Writ application stands disposed of.

As no Affidavit-in-Opposition is filed the allegation is deemed to be not admitted.
