The RC Case No. 1419/TPB/2024 has been started involving the writ petitioner, which is still pending. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the said revenue case. With similar prayer, he has made a written representation dated 10.03.2025 to the Tehsildar, Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair)/the sole respondent in the instant case.

The petitioner as well as the respondent has been represented.

Having heard both the learned Advocates and having perused the records the Court finds it proper to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the sole respondent/ the Tehsildar, Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair), to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 as well as the revenue case being RC No. 1419/TPB/2024 within a period of

twelve weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition WPA/434/2025 is allowed and disposed of.
