The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the Petitioner's prayer for grant of No Objection Certificate for plying his vehicle in all routes of Andaman and his application for change of route made on 09.6.2022 is not yet considered by the Secretary, State Transport Authority. Upon considering the facts of the case and upon hearing the learned Advocates, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the Writ application pending. Thus this Writ application is disposed of by directing the Respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation made by the Petitioner with regard to the issue of No Objection Certificate dated 16.8.2019 within six

weeks from the date of communication of this order upon giving the Petitioner an opportunity of being heard. The decision shall be by a reasoned order and to be communicated to the Petitioner.
