Having heard the parties and considering the materials placed, this Court is of the clear view that the grievance of the petitioner is required to be addressed and redressed at the level of the Bank's Ombudsman.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted leave to address and place his grievance before the Bank's Ombudsman, who shall take a decision in accordance with law. Since affidavits are not invited, all allegations to the contrary stand denied and disputed.

WPA/561/2022 stands accordingly disposed of.

All parties to act in terms of a copy of the order downloaded from the official website of the Court. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order be supplied to the Learned Counsel for the respective parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
