The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his application for changing the route mentioned in route permit made on 01.03.2022 before the respondent No.3 is still pending for consideration. Upon hearing the Learned Advocates and considering the facts of this case, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the Writ Petition pending. Thus, this writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for transfer/change of route made on 01.03.2022 being annexure P-3 of the petition in accordance with law upon giving the petitioner an opportunity of being heard within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The decision shall be by a reasoned order and shall be communicated to the petitioner.
