Respondents Mr. KMB Jayapal ...for the Petitioners Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty Mr. Ramendu Agarwal ...for the respondents Mr. Lokesh Chezian .. for the respondent no.4 December,13 2022 [SR] Item No.10 The petitioner is aggrieved that the respondent No. 2 has not taken any step to register a property despite a consent decree obtained by the petitioner in O.S.No. 74 of 2021. Admittedly, there are other two civil suits are pending in respect of the same property, being O.S.No.101/2013 and O.S.No.96 of 2008.

It appears to this Court that there are rival claims in respect of the property.

In those circumstances, the respondent No. 2 shall take a suitable decision on the application of the petitioner for registration after giving notice to all the parties to the aforesaid three pending suits.

The aforesaid order shall not prevent the parties to the other suits seeking appropriate interim relief against the writ petitioner, in accordance with law.

WPA/562/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
