Although in the compliance report, the alleged contemnors stated that the Decision Making Process is pending, an order dated June 9, 2023 has been produced before this Court, issued by the Lt. Governor, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Port Blair allowing licence under Section 146 of Andaman & Nicobar Islands Land Revenue and Land Reforms Regulation, 1966.

Let a copy of this order be made available to the counsel for the petitioners in course of the day.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

There shall be no order as to costs.
