Mr. Gopala Binnu Kumar, Learned Counsel appears in support of the application, which is captioned as WPCT/24/2022. However, Mr.Kumar submits, in his usual fairness, that this application contains a humble prayer for disposal of the Original Application filed by the present applicants before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal. Accordingly, it is submitted that this application is more in the nature of a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Having considered the submissions of the parties and upon examination of the record, let this application, being WP.CT/24/2022 be now treated as an application under

Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Let the same be numbered accordingly.

Since this Court is informed that the Original Application being OA/351/76/2022 in respect of which arguments stand already concluded, as also informed by the parties, is scheduled to be listed before the learned Tribunal on the 24th of November, 2022, this Court requests the learned Tribunal to expeditiously conclude the same on merits.

The present application stands accordingly disposed of. Since affidavits are not invited, all allegations to the contrary are deemed to be denied and disputed.
