.... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents September 04, 2025 [SR] Item No.3 The petitioner is alleging that though in the writ petition being WP/238/2013 a direction was passed upon the Tehsildar, Port Blair Tehsil to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, whereby she had prayed for demarcation of her plot of land but the said direction has not yet been complied with. It appears from the record that a proceeding for eviction of the petitioner from government land comprised in plot no.109 was initiated. In an appeal arising out of the said eviction proceeding, the learned District Judge, A & N Island has recorded that the survey and demarcation in respect of the land of the petitioner have already been done.

In view of such finding, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be entertained.

WPA/446/2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
