Mini ... for the petitioner Ms. Yasmeen Begum ... for the opposite party December 10, 2025 [SR] Item No.6 This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants and is directed against an order dated August 11, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Port Blair in Title Suit No.21 of 2025. By the order impugned, the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure stood rejected. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is barred under the provision of Regulation 204 of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Land Revenue and Land Reforms Regulation 1966.

Faced with the situation, the learned advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that the plaintiff shall take steps for withdrawal of the Title Suit No.21 of 2025 with liberty to proceed before the Tehsildar. Such submission of the learned advocate for the opposite party is placed on record.

It has been uniformly submitted by the learned advocates for the respective parties that the parties have come to a settlement in that regard.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any further order in this civil revisional application. The same stands disposed of accordingly.

If the opposite party fails to take steps pursuant to the submission recorded herein before, it will be open for the petitioner to pray for recalling of this order. With the above observations, CO/53/2025 stands disposed of.
