A copy of the notice of demarcation dated 14th September, 2020, being part of the RC No.565/TPB/2020 is on record.

In those circumstances, the Tehsildar, Port Blair, shall within a period three months, fix a date and complete the demarcation of the land of the petitioner in accordance with the applicable rules and laws.

WPA/574/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
