2. Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor submits, upon instruction that, an affidavit of compliance has been filed with the Registry of the Circuit Bench at Port Blair.

3. The Registry is directed to tag the compliance report with the case records of the contempt application.

4. Learned advocate for contemnor further submits that a reasoned order has been passed in compliance of the direction passed by the Court which has been challenged in a subsequent writ petition.

5. In view of such submission, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

6. The contempt application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
