The learned advocate representing the petitioner submitted that the accused-respondent had been repeatedly absent after the date he had been granted an order of bail being 30.07.2024, 19.11.2024, 13.02.2025 24.04.2025 The record further revealed the JMFC-1, Port Blair to have issued strict direction upon the accused to appear on next date vide order dated 13.02.2025. The learned Trial Court is to expedite the process of trial re-coursing to stringent measures to ensure the presence of the accused person before the Court exercising every possible means within the legal parlance, if necessary including the police to act, as well as cancellation of the bail granted to the accused person. The trial is to be completed as expeditiously as possible without granting adjournment to either of the parties on subsequent dates.

CRR/51/2025 is disposed of.
