The learned Advocate for the opposite parties is present. On the prayer of Mr. Jayapal, learned Advocate for the petitioner, CO/54/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The learned Advocate on record for the petitioner shall be permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a Photostat copy thereof. Parties to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
