In view of the aforesaid development, I dispose of the writ petition directing the Pay & Accounts Officer, Car Nicobar to release the provisional pension as admissible in law to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of communication of this order failing which the amount shall carry eight percent interest per annum till the actual payment is made.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
