The petitioner has occupied the Government revenue land in survey No. 417/P measuring an area of 200 sq. meter situated at Garacharma village under Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman.

Petitioner has filed an application for grant of electric connection 05.04.2023 and immediately thereafter, on 19.04.2023 the petitioner has filed the instant Writ application.

From the record, it is found that, the Writ application filed by the petitioner is premature.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the Writ application will not debar the petitioner to apply afresh for grant of electric connection before the concerned authority and in case, the petitioner file the application, the authority will consider the same in accordance with law.
