There is no proof that the earlier application was directly filed and to have been received by the Electricity Department.

Under such circumstances, the instant Writ petition has become infractuous and accordingly disposed of. Liberty is given to the Writ petitioner to file an application before the competent authority seeking for electric connection.

WPA 682 of 2023 stands disposed of.
