The order dated 27 September 2024 stands corrected as follows:

The name of the accused petitioner be read as "Sukumar Biswas" instead and in place of "Sukumar Das". The Department is also directed to make necessary corrections in the order.

The order dated 27 September 2024 stands corrected to the above extent only.
