Today, in course of hearing, on the prayer of Mr. Kumar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in WPA/691/2023, the said writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

List the other writ petition being WPA/668/2023 for further consideration on 9th April, 2025.

I have been informed by the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties in WPA/668/2023 that the affidavits

have been exchanged by the petitioner and the private respondent.

Mr. V. D. Sivabalan, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 files the affidavit-in-opposition. Let the same be kept on record and a copy of the same would be handed over to Ms. Mini, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in WPA/668/2023 in course of the day. The petitioner, accordingly, would be at liberty to file the affidavit-in-reply in the meantime.
