(a) The Town Vending Committee as a whole shall consider the representation of the petitioner as already directed by my predecessor Judge, by an order dated August 05, 2025.

(b) The petitioner, who is a 64 years old Bengali lady being unable in Hindi and English, shall be allowed representation through a learned advocate.

(c) Mr.Adarsh Ilango, shall represent the petitioner. Hearing will be held by the committee itself and not by any single officer.

(d) A reasoned order shall be passed on the basis of the petitioner's representation after giving an opportunity to all concerned including the private party. The order shall be communicated to all and the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of the communication of this order.

Although the petitioner has raised certain grievances with regard to the treatment received by the learned advocate at the hearing, the court reposes faith in the committee and expects that the committee should comply with the order and ensure a fair hearing. This Court refrains from making any further comments.

Needless to mention that, the decision shall be taken independently on the basis of the rules, regulations and the records.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made by the petitioner are deemed to be denied.
