Smti. Rupmala Singader and Others Ms. A.S.Zinu .... for the petitioners Mr. N.A.Khan ... for the respondents October, 1, 2024 [SR] Item No. 3 The revisional application has been filed challenging an order dated 11 July, 2024. The suit is for partition and has been pending since 2011.

It is fairly submitted on behalf of the parties that despite a decade having passed, no effective steps have been taken in the suit and the Trial Court is still in the midst of hearing an interlocutory application.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of parties, CO/38/2024 stands disposed of by directing the Learned Trial Court (Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Port Blair) to expeditiously dispose of T.S.No.188 of and all interlocutory applications preferably within a period of one year from the date of passing of this order.

The Trial Court is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. ( Ravi Krishan Kapur, J. )
